Aquashella Aquarium Festival – Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy:
1.1 All tickets purchased for Aquashella Aquarium Festival are non-refundable. 1.2 Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Attendee Responsibilities: 2.1 Attendees must comply with all event rules, regulations, and guidelines. 2.2 Any conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive by event organizers may result in removal from the festival without refund.
3. Recording and Likeness Consent: 3.1 All attendees acknowledge and consent to being recorded (audio and visual) during the event. 3.2 Best Aquarium Events and its partners have the right to use, reproduce, and distribute attendee images and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes. 3.3 Attendees waive any claims or rights to compensation for the use of their likeness in promotional materials.
4. Event Modifications or Cancellations: 4.1 Best Aquarium Events reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies. 4.2 In the event of a cancellation, Best Aquarium Events will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and provide information regarding refunds or rescheduled dates.
5. Liability: 5.1 Best Aquarium Events and its partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the festival. 5.2 Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
6. Code of Conduct: 6.1 Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow attendees, staff, and exhibitors. 6.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated, and offenders may be removed from the event without refund.
7. Health and Safety: 7.1 Attendees are required to follow all health and safety guidelines set forth by the event organizers, venue, and local authorities. 7.2 Best Aquarium Events reserves the right to implement additional safety measures as deemed necessary.
